Estimates only, for general information. Land transfer tax uses Ontario’s 2026 rates and the first-time buyer refund of up to $4,000. Mortgage insurance uses CMHC’s standard premiums; Ontario sales tax on the premium (8%) is due on closing and can’t be added to your mortgage. Your final numbers will also include adjustments for property tax, fuel or condo fees the seller has prepaid. Confirm everything with your lawyer and lender.
